General The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions within PinkPineapple.co.uk. By using our web site and/or registering, you confirm your agreement to our terms and conditions, including the Privacy Policy. These terms and conditions are subject to English law and the parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. Sales To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age. Products and colours may differ slightly from the images shown and images are not to scale. As most products available for purchasing online are hand made to order, we can not guarantee that products will be identical to the images shown in the site. Size, colour and style will all vary depending on the type of product ordered. Prices are in UK £ sterling. Prices include UK mainland delivery, but exclude all other delivery charges and taxes unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion will be made by your credit card company at prevailing rates of exchange You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform PinkPineapple.co.uk as soon as possible. Payment will be taken immediately as most products are made to order. Delivery times quoted are for UK mainland delivery only. International delivery will be in excess of this in most cases and subject to where in the world you are based. Please feel free to Email us for more information prior to making a purchase. All orders are made subject to acceptance by you of the site’s terms a conditions. Once you accept an order you are bound by these terms and conditions. Fulfilment of the order is subject to availability and acceptance of your order, and PinkPineapple.co.uk is under no obligation to fulfil your order. No contract will subsist between you and PinkPineapple.co.uk for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until PinkPineapple.co.uk accepts your order by Email. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time PinkPineapple.co.uk sends the Email to you (whether or not you receive that Email). International delivery will be subject to additional delivery charges and delivery lead times. PinkPineapple.co.uk are not liable for duty, other taxes or seizure costs incurred during international delivery. Any reliance you place upon any Materials or Products will be at your sole risk and it is solely your responsibility to ensure that the Materials and Products meet your requirements. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these goods and we will refund any money already paid for the goods. These terms and conditions do not affect your statuary rights Delivery Delivery times stated in PinkPineapple.co.uk are for UK mainland delivery, international delivery times will be in addition to this and will depend on where in the world you are based. Customs procedures and different international postal networks can affect delivery time, making it difficult for us to guarantee how quickly you will receive your order. Please note, that unless otherwise stated you may be liable to customs duties and any other applicable taxes on your order when it reaches your country. We do not collect or control these charges, and we cannot predict what they will be. For more information, you may wish to contact your local customs office. All deliveries must be signed for, including those sent via the postal service. As soon as the carrier has delivered the goods you will be responsible for them. If you delay accepting a delivery, our responsibility will end on the date the carrier tried to deliver the goods to you. Returns - Faulty Goods If the product is faulty or you have received an incorrect delivery you must notify us via e-mail to Pink.Pineapple@virgin.net within 7 days of receipt. In order to properly log and respond to your request, you will be issued with a Return of Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA). Please note that no refunds will be issued, unless returned goods contain a pre-issued RMA. We cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit so we advise you to wrap the product adequately to prevent this happening. Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. The RMA Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the wrapping and the following information should be included inside the packaging, your daytime telephone number, your order number and a detailed reason for the return. On receipt of returned goods, we will assess the product according to the fault you have stated. If we agree with the fault, you will receive a full refund or replacement goods free of charge. Returns - Unwanted Goods You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days starting the day after the receipt of the goods, and do not need to state a reason. Goods must be returned unused and in the condition they were delivered in. You will be responsible for return delivery costs, but will be refunded the full cost of the product within 30 days of cancellation, according to the terms above. The only exception to the above are goods purchased which are made to your specifications, i.e. where the goods differ from those represented in the site. In this case, we reserve the right not accept the order cancellation of unwanted products, however each case will be assessed individually. Liability This Liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law. Security Policy Only the information you provide, about yourself, will be stored in our database. You can edit this through the 'MyAccount' section of the site. We do not store credit card information in our database. When credit card details are needed, you will be taken to a secure payment page provided by Paypal. The payment information that we send to Paypal, in order to set the payment up, is again encrypted by SSL and has the additional security measure of being digitally signed by ourselves in such a manner that only PayPal can decode it. Any tampering with the payment information will result in an invalid transaction. All first-time orders are on a pro-forma basis. All other orders are strictly 30 days credit. All prices are excluding V.A.T. Minimum order value is £100 plus V.A.T and postage. Orders of £150 or more (excluding V.A.T) are post free within the UK main land. It is a condition of sale that legal title to the goods does not pass to the purchaser until payment has been made in full. Discrepancies must be notified within seven days of receiving the goods. |
